Jovanka v. Wilsdorf, Berlin, is a creative consultant specializing in music and AI and, as the music director at Hanson Robotics, leads the musical journey of the humanoid robot Sophia. As an initiator at the frontier of AI and the arts with a strong background in artist development, she creates compelling personalities and voices for social robots, allowing them to interact and sing with credible expression. As a consultant, she supports leading institutions in using AI to foster – not replace – human collaboration and creativity.

Background — Rooted in music, Jovanka toured Europe with her indie-electronic band QUARKS, releasing five albums with Sony Music and Monika Enterprise. Her work expanded into storytelling across formats: advertising copy for brands including Edeka, Melitta, Adidas, and Coca-Cola; stage roles at the Düsseldorf Schauspielhaus; and the book Gequälte Brötchen (Schwarzkopf & Schwarzkopf). In 2016, she signed with BMG Rights Management as a songwriter and sub-publisher. Since then, she has co-written over 100 songs for major record labels, including number one hits.
